The Iconic Police Building houses some of the most exclusive and desirable properties downtown. Located between Soho and Nolita, this lavish pre-war landmark represents the Beaux Arts, Baroque and Renaissance Revival Architecture.

This historic landmark called for a well proportioned interiors to suit the lifestyle of the young professional client in his recently purchased first home.

The goal of this project is to create open divisions to optimize the space and create a contemporary yet classic environment while respecting the architectural integrity of the building.

On the ground floor, a semi-closed foyer welcomes you while offering a general view of the condo. The open kitchen is the focal point, opening on both the dining and living areas, where the addition of a gas fireplace creates a sense of intimacy.

Powder room is by the entrance and adjacent to pantry/storage, integrating appliances in the kitchen area, integrating panels in the living room/TV wall, flush switches and power receptacles, FF&E are sourced locally and the artworks are by local photographers and artist.

On the loft floor, the new spa like ensuite features a shower and a freestanding bathtub installed in the corner of the room.
